It may be wet but spring is perfect for adding some new plants to the garden or moving the plants that you have to new locations throughout your garden. One of our client’s yards needed a bit of a facelift so we removed some of the older plants that did not quite fit into the overall scheme of things. We divided most of the existing perennials to make room for the new plants. We removed old vines and replaced them with climbing hydrangea to provide some great color for the summer months. Along the path to the backyard, we added Camelia for some added winter color. A small Aspen grove was added off of the back patio to add a nice privacy screen against the neighbor’s fence. The finished product is a backyard garden that has different plants blooming at various times throughout the year
